The Arabian camel ({Camelus dromedarius}), having one hump or protuberance on the back, in distinction from the {Bactrian camel}, which has two humps.

Is Old Joe Camel, the suave cartoon dromedary who has been credited with reviving a cigarette brand, about to become a victim of his own success? The US medical profession certainly hopes so.
