- 一字排骨用少许老抽腌一会,煎至金黄色,盛起。
Marinate pork spareribs with a little dark soy sauce for a while. Fry until golden brown. Set aside. - 调料:把生抽(增加咸味),老抽(增加色彩),和2调羹白糖调匀。
Condiments: soy sauce (salty increase), Lao Chou (add), and 2 Draw Frame spoon of sugar. - 肉酱加入盐糖胡椒粉黄酒老抽葱姜等调味料拌匀,按顺时针方向将肉搅至粘稠状,加入麻油调匀即可。
Season the minced pork with all the ingredients listed above under the fillings. Stir the pork in one direction until it is sticky then add sesame oil. Set aside.
