老抽 [lǎo chōu]

- 一字排骨用少许老抽腌一会，煎至金黄色，盛起。
Marinate pork spareribs with a little dark soy sauce for a while. Fry until golden brown. Set aside. - 调料：把生抽（增加咸味），老抽（增加色彩），和2调羹白糖调匀。
Condiments: soy sauce (salty increase), Lao Chou (add), and 2 Draw Frame spoon of sugar. - 肉酱加入盐糖胡椒粉黄酒老抽葱姜等调味料拌匀，按顺时针方向将肉搅至粘稠状，加入麻油调匀即可。
Season the minced pork with all the ingredients listed above under the fillings. Stir the pork in one direction until it is sticky then add sesame oil. Set aside.
