Abstract: At the stage of welding process selection for piping within distribution plant on Yima-Zhengzhou city gas pipeline project, considering the multiple steel pipe specifications, and the two factors as heavy wall thickness and pipe diameter, improvements were made to the originally designed welding process by depositing the root pass with cellulosic electrode, and filling and cap passes with low hydrogen electrode, which gave a full play to the construction team's skill in handling cellusosic electrode, and reduced the probability of weld defects, assuring the welds quality of the city gas pipeline. - 挂舵臂应该是铸钢件和钢板焊接结构。铸钢件和钢板之间的焊接应该使用低氢型焊条。
