After introducing properties of C8051F020, we discuss the design of dynamic testing instrument including software and hardware, especially of communication protocols of serial port. - 万能输入，可与各类传感器、变送器配合使用，实现温度、湿度、压力、液位、流量等物理量的测量、显示、报警控制和变送输出；通过串行通信口，可在上位计算机中实现全部仪表参数的读写；还可为两线制变送器提供24VDC电源；4位高亮度LED数字显示；对输入信号有多段折线修正功能可选；一台仪表最多可配4个报警继电器输出、一路变送（或通信）输出和一路配电输出。
