Minnesota Mining said the equipment produces images on film for computerized tomography, magnetic resonance and digital X-ray systems for use in the health-care industry.
Computerized tomography was previously used on mummies by a team from Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
