Abstract: If time limit for construction restricted or shorted too much,under control of neurol network,varies resources(labor,materials,machines)which play decisive actions in construction apply balance and the optimum scheme,or not,can influence directly the cost of project by use numbers pile up.This paper evaluates the optimum scheme by using the neurol network optimum model which composes time,varies resources and cost in one function. - 同时综合前人已研究出的各种优化方法，得出网络计划的多目标优化模型。
Simultaneously, the authors establish the network's multi-goal model by synthesizing the existing optimum models.
