The effects of Al and Si contents in the Galvalume hot-dip alloy,hot-dip temperature,holding time,and submerging temperature on the adhesion strength,microstructure and surface finish of the coating obtained,as well as on the coating's evenness on the surface were investigated using an orthogonal test method.A set of optimal process variables for a high quality coating was then worked out via the tests. - 玻璃纸/聚乙烯、聚酯/聚乙烯、聚酯/镀铝/聚乙烯、BOPP/聚乙烯等可热封的复合包装材料。
