By reason of the influences of structure and appearance etc,the homogeneity hot-junction compenastion weld repair and heat treatment of the cracks in large-size casts are very difficult,and are prone to lead to work piece deforming.Therefore,this paper introduces the repair method of large-size steel casts by sectionalized cold-junction compensation weld technology with nickel-based welding rods.
