海损修理 [hǎi sǔn xiū lǐ]

- 可作为共同海损的临时修理费用，不应作“以新换旧”的扣减。
No deductions "new for old" shall be made from the cost of temporary repairs allowable as general average. - （一）船舶共同海损牺牲的金额，按照实际支付的修理费，减除合理的以新换旧的扣减额计算。
The amount of sacrifice of the ship shall be calculated on the basis of the repair cost of the ship actually paid, from which any reasonable deduction in respect of "new for old" being made. - 额外停留期间消耗的燃料、物料，应作为共同海损，但为进行不属于共同海损的修理所消耗的燃料、物料除外。
Fuel and stores consumed during the extra period of detention shall be admitted as general average, except such fuel and stores as are consumed in effecting repairs not allowable in general average.
