Punishment on organizational crimes in all countries of the world includes transference, substitutional punishment, double punishment and mixed systems. - 依据研究结果，研究者建议：(1)教育单位应再加强相关的菸害课程，以期增加职前教师对二手菸之危害能有更清楚的认识；(2)职前教师可多参与有关菸害防制的课程研习，进而思考如何透过有关菸害防制之教学活动，影响学童避免二手菸的危害；(3)今后研究可扩大研究范围，包括其他师资培育机构的学生，或以在职教师为研究对象，进行比较分析，以了解教师们对拒绝二手菸的看法。
According to the research result, the researcher recommends that: (1) the educational organization should enhance related smoke hazard classes to increase the acceptance and clear knowledge of secondhand smoke harm to the pre-service teachers; (2) Pre-service teachers should enroll more smoke hazard prevention classes to consider how to influence the children to avoid the secondhand smoke hazard through activities; (3) The research can be done in a larger area including: other national pre-service teachers training agencies, use in-service teachers as study subject…etc to analyze and understand the overall view of the teachers' regarding refusing the secondhand smoke. - 出席会议的有包括上级主管部门国家标准化管理委员会和中国电器工业协会领导，标委会秘书处承担单位南阳防爆电气研究所领导等在内的代表60余人，其中包括本次会议被审查5项标准的制修订工作组成员和特邀代表20余人，本届标委会通讯委员10余人，委员37人。
