- 凡属见票后付款之汇票，均须作承兑提示，以确定汇票之到期日。
Where a bill is payable after sight, presentment for acceptance is necessary in order to fix the maturity of the instrument. - 除本条例另有规定外，凡见票后付款之汇票流通转让，执票人应在合理期间内作承兑提示或作流通转让。
Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, when a bill payable after sight is negotiated, the holder must either present it for acceptance or negotiate it within a reasonable time. - 买方对卖方开具的见票后20天付款的跟单汇票于提示时应予以承兑，并应于汇票到期日付款。
The Buyer should accept the documentary draft at 20 days’ sight upon the presentation and make payment on the maturity.
