- 摘要本文根据弹性力学中的虎克定律，结合砂布砂纸生产特点，分析计算了生产线中基体、应变、速度、张力、转速等参数之间的关系，建立了砂布砂纸生产线中传动辊转速（频率）运动方程。
By analysing the relationship among the parameters such as substrate, speed, tension, rotational speed, shape distortion of paper etc, this article put forward a control law to control the drive transmission roller in emery cloth and sand paper production line, the principle is based on Hooke's law. - 根据涂布生产过程中系统要求恒速度恒张力的控制,然而系统运行过程是非线性、时变不确定的,张力控制与速度控制之间存在着严重的耦合关系,结合实际涂布生产线设计出相应的硬件配置和一种基于模糊控制原理的软件控制方法,并进行仿真,能很好地实现涂布恒线速度恒张力的控制,具有理论价值和实际意义。
Constant tension and linear speed is necessary in the system of coated paper,but,in fact,it is a non-linear process and has serious coupling between the tension and the speed.A fuzzy control method and reciprocal hardware configure were put forward to solve the problem uniting actual production line of the system of coated paper.According to the result of emulation,it was proved that this control method is very good,it has theoretic value and practical meaning.
