The paper explores the relationship between barycenter control ability and application of fist and kicking in sanda players through documentary, expert questionnaire and logical analysis, and discusses the control on reasonable barycenter moving range of fist and kicking in training and competition, then draws a conclusion that either maintaining balance or breaking through balance on purpose is aim to accomplishing techincial actions or executing tactics effectively.
