- 商标是用来区别被标记的商品和相竞争的商品间的商品标记。
A trademark is a mark on goods that distinguishes the marked goods from competing goods. - 按照《商品说明(标记)(白金)令》，每一件在营商过程或业务运作中所供应或要约供应以白金制成的制品，均须注有标记以显示白金含量纯度，而供应人亦须就其供应的每件制品发出详细的发票或收据。
