OBJECTIVE To explore and assess the therapeutic effect of eustachian catheteration and intratympanic application of medicine through the eustachian tube on secretory otitis media. - 方法在鼻内镜视频系统下，经咽鼓管咽口插入鼓室腔，外侧端固定于面颊部，定期抽液，冲洗、注药，痊愈后观察10天拔管。
METHODS A catheter was inserted into the tympanum through the eustachian tube under nasal endoscope and medicine was injected through the catheter.
