- 第一条为了维护对外贸易秩序和公平竞争，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》的有关规定，制定本条例。
Article 1 The present Regulation has been enacted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China with a view to maintaining foreign trade order and fair competition. - 第一条为维护公平、自由的对外贸易秩序，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》(以下简称《外贸法》)及其他有关法律、行政法规的规定，制订本办法。
Article 1 With a view to maintaining fair and free foreign trade order, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Foreign Trade Law) and other relevant laws and administrative regulations. - 第一条为维护公平、自由的对外贸易秩序，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》（以下简称《外贸法》）及其他有关法律、行政法规的规定，制订本办法。
