This is a thread producing machine which uses its three thread rolling dies, mounted in the same seperation angle of 120', to realize roll forming of the workpiece, for metal has the performence of plastic deformation under the pressure operation. - 该机结构精密、紧凑，多功能，由三组轧辊压片、滚切成型或冲印成型，余料回收等构成。
The machine is characterized as precise,compact and mutiple-function.It is composed by three parts-calender,roll-cut moulding or punch-print moulding,remaining material recycling. - 主机部分：成型鼓、主鼓传动箱、床身、传递环及卸胎装置、滚压装置、带束层贴合鼓、带束层贴合鼓传动箱、胎侧及垫胶供料装置、主辅鼓灯标。
Main machine: shaping drum, main shaft housing, machine bed, transfer ring, tire unloader, stitcher, B&T drum, B&T drum housing, sidewall/ filler feeding plate and main/auxiliary drum guide light.
