Neither party shall use the name or the name of any trademark or trade name (or symbolic representation thereof) of the other party or its parent, subsidiaries or other affiliates, in marketing, advertising, public relations efforts or in any other manner without the express written consent of such other party in each instance, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld or delayed.
